Are you a healthcare practitioner or allied health professional in private or group practice?  Are you part of an organization that serves chronic or acute patients? Are you a patient that knows about an excellent resource you'd like to share with us?

We are currently developing an ongoing referral network of practitioners, groups, and services in all areas and specialties in which to direct our patients to for services.

**Joining our network is currently free of charge and we'd appreciate mutual referrals. If you would like to add yourself or another resource your know to our referral network, please download and complete our Referral Network Submission Form that will provide us the most common information our client base will need to know. 

However, if you'd like to gain extra exposure for your practice beyond being part of our mutual referral network, there is a nominal advertising fee.  Please visit our advertising page for more information.

We are currently looking for healthcare professionals to collaborate with us on educational workshops on various topics pertaining to health, the patient experience, and chronic illness.  We are also looking for practitioners to conduct workshops in their area of specialization.

**Fees are split for joint workshops between Patient Allies and other professionals.  Should you want to present a workshop on your own to our patient clientele, we can help to arrange and promote your workshop to our client base and do require a fee for these services.
